1.Flattening Test The test is designed to inspect the strength of welded section by making it stand against flattening and defomation pressure. The trial product is qualified if it is bearable and ftee of crack.
2.Flaring Test In the test, the end of the pipe is ftared to 1.2 times as large as the outside diameter.
3.Flang Test Shows the trial product subiected to the testis free of crack. either on welded section or on base metal.
4.Chemica | Analysis The chemical composition of the materials and additional materials for welded pipes are analysed so as to ensure them up to standards.

5.Hydraulic Pressure Test
The test is applied to pressure resistance pipes respectively. The pipe is qualified if it is free of leakage under given pressure and in given time.

6.Corrosion Test
The stainless steel pipe and weldes intergranular corrosion test, according to the corrosion methods made by standards or bilateral negotiation, is applied to the corrosion resistance stainless steel pipe. The intergranular corrosion tendency can not be allowed.

7.Nondestructive Inspection
The Eddy Current test or X-ray inspection is applied to stress corrosion resistance stainless steel pipe for industry. The test ensures the welded seam and the interior construction of the stainless steel are impact without asporosity. admixture and microcrack.

8.Other Tests
Special test upon customer's request.
